Phil has considerable consulting experience in business re-engineering, turnarounds and strategic refocusing. His consulting achieves impressive financial results through high-energy teams and well managed change programs.

With over 20 years of business experience, Phil has held senior executive finance positions including CFO with one of Australia’s largest private companies and as a Principal with Ernst & Young in their finance and consulting divisions. Phil holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Windsor and a Chartered Accountant designation with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Rachel has over 25 years experience in the Telecommunications and Computer Telephony Industry in the UK, Asia Pacific and the US.

Rachel has particular expertise in establishing, leading and developing start-up entities, operations and distributorships in the Asia Pacific region.

Rachel holds an MBA and a degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering. She has held senior management roles in Marketing, Sales and Operations, and was Director of Marketing for Mitel and Managing Director for Aculab.

Kim is a world class telecommunications expert, with extensive experience across engineering, management and sales disciplines. His wide range of capabilities in the telecommunications vertical brings a "hands on" capability to True North in qualifying and aligning sales propositions to meet real world requirements.

With 35 years experience, Kim has held management roles in telecommunications in both Australia and in the UK working for major telecommunications carriers and media companies where he has held both CIO and CEO positions.

During his employment with BT in the UK he was responsible for the design and deployment of one of the first advanced integrated digital voice networks in Europe.

Ken is responsible for the design, technology and project management of True North's award winning 3DView software and visual database.

With 20 years professional experience, Ken's design capability spans virtual reality simulation, 3D animation, video editing, interactive software and database development.
